• I chose that score because while I was very happy with the way my hair turned out, and prices were spectacular, the salon was running very behind schedule. While I was patient to wait the extra 15 minutes, after when I went to pay (which had a line) the lady was kind of rude and took the women behind me due to the fact that she knew her, which I feel is unacceptable.
