• Julie spent a lot of time with my very thin hair to give the appearance of volume . Most places gave me a 15 min crap hair cut and figured theres no way to create volume in my hair . Julie took the time to cut lots of layers and. Ew how to make it look it's best. Even after I washed it at home it looked so much fuller because of the way it was cut!
