Great space, great work outs and doesn't feel intimidating.
Great experience. I was warmly welcomed by Andrew, the environment was clean with shower and changing area which always helps after a hot session. And it was nice to see the practice studio not overcrowded.
The staff and instructors are always kind and welcoming, informative and patient with newcomers like me. The facilities are clean and easy to use.
