It was my first yoga session and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is lovely to have such a facility locally. Fiona was a great instructor and explained clearly. Everyone was welcoming at reception too.
Good pace, encouraging teacher who adjusted exercises according to ability, welcoming environment, easy online booking system, clean facilities, the list goes on :)
