The class was really very challenging for me and It was my first ever Pilates class. The teacher was AMAZING, very knowledgeable, thorough, engaging and welcoming, as was the class.
I wasn't particularly good and baring a lot more weight than others. But I never felt intimidated or overwhelmed. In fact I thoroughly enjoyed it. And shall be going again.
