Friendly staff, who listen, good instructors who help to give alternative poses if needed, clean pleasant changing room .All good
I love it and go weekly, the space is great welcoming and nice touches, filtered water, hair bands, nice soaps etc. I love Deep Core on Tuesday with Tristan, he is a brilliant teacher, creates a lovely atmosphere and I feel very safe with not hurting myself. Thank you
I have always enjoyed hot yoga but not the rigidity and the strictness of it. Fierce Grace offers a supportive and friendly environment with that variety of classes so you don’t get bored! Really clean and aesthetically pleasing space as well!
Because your strater offer is good to try out all the different classes over 21 days; the place/enviroment is lovely; there are a real mix of people; staff are friendly... and the classes are very good.
