I have just really enjoyed the classes there. The staff and teachers are great, the location is perfect for me, the classroom and changing rooms are clean and tidy, I'm learning/ progressing loads. The classes are really not as intimidating as I thought they would be and I'm finding this transition I'm on from other forms of exercise to yoga one of the best things I've done in ages. Thank you for enabling that!
