The heat adds an extra dimension and helps flexibility and I love the music during classes and the very specific instructions given by all of the teachers.
I would definitely suggest that anyone wishing to take up hot yoga, or is already a hot yoga practitioner, to visit Firece Grace Muswell Hill. The studio is top class- the changing rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the FG MH staff are so friendly and welcoming . Importantly also is that the quality of the yoga teachers is excellent.
I love the classes at FGMH. My only comment would be that they often run late which sometimes puts me off coming when I'm trying to squeeze in a class.
