Great instructors and I always come away feeling energised and relaxed.
If I had to give some constructive input, it would be how noisy some people are when they come in and leave - dropping blocks, talking, etc
Reception staff are always very welcoming and the teaching is great.
FG is amazing. I’m a musician and I’ve suffered with injuries that almost ended my career. FG saved me, it saved my career. I feel amazing. Thank you
