I enjoy the relaxing heat which helps the muscles to stretch, plus I love the music and the friendly atmosphere
The studio is lovely. A relaxing place to be. The staff are helpful and friendly. The teachers all have their different styles, which is great for learning. They are all supportive and super knowledgeable, always have time for you. Classes are varied and interesting, and the heat adds a really special element. Always would recommend!
