Powerful, challenging movements, great variety of classes to choose from and excellent instructors and staff! Really enjoying my Fierce Grace experience so far!
Love the atmosphere and the class, brilliant but as a starter, the classes are quite long when you're still getting used to it and the shorter classes are more intense. Would love to have a shorter class as an option :)
Because even though I hasn't been for a long time I was welcomed back in a friendly manner and the staff were very professional. The session was relaxing and informative. I really enjoyed the class
