Despite my first ever yoga session, the instructors & receptionist were very welcoming and guided me through the session, correcting when I needed to change what I was doing. I did not feel judged - as a first timer this was comforting. The venue is very clean, the changing rooms were easy and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
