It was tough but I really enjoyed it. I thought the teacher was really attentive and helpful. I was worried that I would feel like out of place and intimidated amongst a group of lithe “yoga bunnies” but thankfully that wasn’t the case. Once lockdown is over I’ll definitely be back,
