Everyone was very friendly. and made you feel very welcome. The studio was perfect temperature and teacher was a delight to listen to and move with the flow !
Loved the Pilates class and the teacher was so helpful and motivating. I find it better when a teacher does the exercises/positions with you so you know how to copy it correctly. I’ll definitely be coming back for more Pilates but would like to see another early morning class put on as she said she focuses on different muscles based off the lunchtime classes that I can’t attend.
Challenging but felt great afterwards. Really nice lady Led the class. She had the calmest voice. It's a tough class but looking forward to be able to actually touch the floor with my hands soon ! ??
Customer service amazing! Love the classes and not overcrowded. Lovely atmosphere. Feel fantastic!
