In January 2015, we began a new clinical service – the use of intravenous (IV) micronutrients (calcium, magnesium, trace minerals, vitamin C, and B vitamins). This therapy, named for the Baltimore physician who popularized the "cocktail", has been used for decades to treat patients with fatigue, upper respiratory infections, acute asthma attacks, chronic sinusitis, seasonal allergies, migraines and more.

Each infusion lasts just 20 minutes. You'll receive one infusion per week for four weeks then 1-2 per month thereafter.

Expect a comprehensive physical exam and Naturopathic assessment. Blood work, PSA screening and fertility testing are offered if applicable, as well as testing for sexually transmitted infections.

If you're due for your yearly, screening blood work, schedule a blood draw with us one week ahead of your annual exam. This allows us time during your visit to discuss results and factor this into your treatment plan

Wouldn't you like to see a female doctor to discuss women's issues? Dr. Teresita Martinez has been working with women on health and healing since 2005 and she understands that women's medicine is a whole-body approach requiring care of the whole person.

When you work with the Golgi Clinic, we start by spending extra time during your annual exam to educate you on lifestyle factors related to chronic disease and risk factors for developing cancer. You'll receive a full physical exam and pap smear (if applicable), and if you're due for your yearly blood work, we can do that too!

We also offer fertility awareness appointments (with intrauterine insemination, if applicable), contraceptive education, management of abnormal pap smears and referrals to a variety of imaging specialists in and around Montana.
