I gave a 10 because I've been telling anyone who'll listen how impressed I was w the knowledge of the instructor. I felt confident in her knowledge of the body and proper form. This made me feel comfortable trying poses and not worry about hurting myself because she would correct me if I was holding my body incorrectly. Thank you☺️

I was greeted warmly when I arrived by both Katie and Kelly. Kelly took the time to give me a studio tour. What an amazing space! This was the first time I had an osteopathic Thai massage and I was pleased with both the delivery and the results. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and shared many movements that I can and will do to help with joint issues. I will be back for other sessions and would encourage others to try this technique.
