The space is cozy & welcoming. I was immediately welcomed & set at ease with checkin and instructions for my shoes. The simple signage helped me find the restroom.

Your instructors were very nice, patient, and helpful with me. I'm. 68 years young lol with having toe surgery on the right foot and a bad knee on left I was a bit of a challenge. I'm a chiropractor worst nightmare. I'm taking courses here to help with mobility, balance and strength. I really enjoy the people here and will continue on.
