Laura invested a little extra effort with me to help me do some asanas in a slightly modified form in order to work around my shoulder injury. Interesting how she could do that without missing a beat in leading the rest of the class!

The studio is light and Alison is amazing. Please don’t paint the studio dark… the natural light is beautiful with the lighter paint.

I'd never done anything like a sound bath before and it was amazing. Derek was phenomenal and really helped get me into a nice, comfortable space. Also, I'm not sure who the lady at the front was, but she was so cool and nice! All around fantastic experience.
