Warm and friendly welcoming staff. Professional approach and reassuringly competent. The salon is clean and tidy and the staff use extra things to make you feel comfortable for example the use of a neck support when having treatment. It's nice and cold stuff I'm not shouting across at each other like they do at some places and all the treatments are always expertly carried out
