It's usually a ten but this week it wasn't because of the class we had coming in after. My myzone stopped recording because the people taking the class took the tv down and started tinkering with it, Dan was having to look after the people who had hired the venue after more than the class. Everyone felt very distracted and it was very strange to have 50 people queueing and waiting to come in to the class next and walking around the session. The lady with green leggings (I think was running the session for the hire after our class) was probably the most distracting and like the strongman man class going on was of very little value. Love the foundry. Love the strongman classes. Love to share the space but not to the detriment of the existing class. Would have been good to have been told what was going on, and who these people were and perhaps also to remind those who were hiring the space that they also should be mindful of those in the class!

Because all the staff so positive and friendly They take real interest in who you are and how you are doing Also very professional - they seem to know all about fitness and getting stronger Not just interested in all the super-fit guys and City Strongmen types but everybody Good!
