Whenever I visit my friend down in London, without fail, I always make sure I'm booked onto the City Strongman class at The Foundry. Every time I've visited it's been a completely different circuit that challenges my body to the max. I absolutely love it and The Foundry is genuinely one of the best gyms I've ever visited!
