Not really engaged with your online options during lockdown. If honest, I was overwhelmed by the amount of time I was spending in front of a screen. Following the Foundry on social media, I fell in love with your brand, purpose, culture and values. Yesterday picked up where I finished my 30 day trial that came to an abrupt end due to lockdown. Felt like I hadn’t been away. Alex is a great trainer. He makes the classes accessible, educational and fun yet highly rewarding. Top marks all round.

I bloody love you guys. I've been living with my parents and coming back to your classes was a main reason to come back to London. I wouldn't think of using my local gym (PureGym) at the moment but given the efforts you've gone to to make people feel safe and welcome I really couldn't wait to come back.
