• So many reasons, the instructors are so positive, supportive, and knowledgeable. They know me as a person and what I need, they push me to be better in a healthy way. I have lots of fun and look forward to attending classes. The other ladies I am in class with are wonderful and make me feel welcomed. Its like our hidden gem time. And lastly, I have seen incredible results and strength I would not have gotten without FF. My only regret is not finding this sooner.
