• The ease of setting up an appointment, the engagement of the staff, the outstanding outcome. The owner and staff talked to us about the desired hair cut, to which my son had two very different cuts in mind, one long and one very short. He is more conscientious about his look, as opposed to particular. The staff guided him through his options given his face shape, hair type, desire for low maintenance. He decided and Neli did an amazing job. He looks great. We came from a distance and glad we did.
