• I'm very happy with the haircut. Neli was great. Massage was really relaxing. I never felt rushed even though I got my cut way before my appointment which could've thrown off your scheduling with other clients. Free beverages are a game changer. And I particularly liked how each chair is in its own nook. Made the experience feel high end and more relaxing since I wasn't overhearing and seeing other clients. I also appreciated Carmela coming over to check on how I was doing during my cut. Basically I felt extremely well taken care of.
