Appearance cleanliness service and personalization by the GM coming out and saying hello and asking if you need anything you can't beat the personalization

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Making the reservation was easy and I had no issues when I got there. Chris the manager was very professional and I appreciated the extra super Mario cart lounge! I highly recommend The Experience for any occasion. My guest all had fun. The only negative feedback I have is the simulator are slow to pick up movement. Thank you for a great time. We will be back again.
