• I must admit that when I first arrived, I wasn't sure that it was going to be what I was looking for. For the past 10 years or so, I have been getting my massages from Bumble Lane. I've grown accustomed to a certain type of spa atmosphere. Soft, Cushy robes, a very quiet, dimly-lit, well-appointed waiting area. Private Shower area, whirlpool/hot tub, dressing room to relax and prepare before my massages and a very secluded, quiet massage room. I enjoy the pre-massage experience almost as much as the actual massage, so I typically show up at least a half hour before my appointment to enjoy that environment. because of these expectations, I had a little trouble relaxing at first because I could hear too much going on around me. My husband was in the adjacent room and I could hear him and his masseuse talking to one another, I could hear the bell dinging when clients would enter and I could hear employees talking in the lobby area. But then....Felicite started working her magic and all my cares and distractions melted away. I have to admit that it was one of the best massages I have ever had. She was amazing. Her technique was impeccable. I will say that there will be times that I will still need the Bumble Lane experience. Because I often need to destress before my appointment to fully enjoy it. But when I am in need of a great massage, Massage Emporium will definitely be my go-to.
