• Todd is a great massage therapist! A suggestion for improvement would be to better communicate the length of time the massage was scheduled to be. Todd thought it was an hour instead of a two hour massage. Also, I recommend encouraging the therapists to have a consistent routine as this massage yesterday was very different from my one two weeks ago. Both were supposed to be deep tissue, but I actually felt like he might have been told it was a relaxation massage. He confirmed afterwards it was a deep tissue but it was a very different massage than the prior one. Still love Massage Emporium! Just suggesting a little more consistency with the types of massages.
