  • Normally I have Todd loosen me up due to the demands of skating/hockey, but this session we covered some new territory in the upper body. From my ribs up to my head my muscles were tight. Todd was able to pinpoint the sources to get relief. My sinuses opened and I literally breathe easier. This is key to aiding recovery. I look forward to my next appointment.
