• Really enjoyed my massage and facial. I was able to relax in my massage as my masseuse was not overly chatty, something that doesn't usually bother me, but that I appreciated since I've been having a rough few weeks.Appreciated the explanation behind the skincare regime and the fact that Piper was not "pushy" about selling products. She made her recommendations without being overwhelming or rude. Some people think that sales is about being pushy and it really isn't. It's about knowing your clientele and knowing your product line and being able to find something that will work for them. Good products + product knowledge means that the products will virtually sell themselves. I would not be giving credit where credit is due if I did not also mention that the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful not only on the phone but in person as well, another thing that is lacking at other establishments. Keep staffing with good people like these, and customers will keep coming back. I know I will be.
