• I purchased a Black Friday special and scheduled an appointment for the next week. I was not told that I would need to call ahead to use my gift card and could not use my gift card at the time of service as my card was charged. I basically am spending double what I anticipated. This should be made clear when purchasing. My appointment was amazing, however I think that issue should be addressed.
