The massage as usual was amazing. I love Jasmine and will only book with her because she is that amazing. However, I was very disappointed with the administrative staff. The mindbody app frequently tells me the MT isn't available when in fact they have an opening. After no luck with the app, i went directly to the website and it showed Jasmine had an opening, while trying to pay online the website wouldn't take the gift certificate number I was entering. So I called to book over the phone and explained I had a gift certificate. I was told i could text a picture of the gift certificate and that would suffice to charge my card. I texted a picture of the gift certificate confirmed it was received. After my appointment the sales clerk started to ask for my card and I told them I thought I had been charged already over the phone. I have an account and my card is on file. At that point I was told I had not yet been charged. The sales clerk gave me my total which did not take into account my gift certificate. She refused to use the picture of the gift certificate even though I showed her the text exchange. I questioned her and she went to the back to check with someone and said the managers policy is only credit a gift certificate if it's physically handed in to the store. I am a regular customer at this establishment and I feel that I should have treated with more courtesy and trust. I'm so unhappy with this experience that i don't want to go back. It's a shame because Jasmine is a fantastic MTMary F.
