  • Overall, I enjoyed the spa services, staff, ambiance & the retail corner. There was a little hiccup with my appointment when I tried adding hot stones where I was downgraded unbeknownst to me but I spoke with my masseuse and she was able to sort it out quickly. I also wish there was more selection of product for retail.
