  • Loved the atmosphere and very warm welcome! The associate who booked our appointment and greeted us was very professional and friendly. We do plan to return, but I was a little disappointed. My Aunt and I (Cheri Damare) paid for aromatherapy, but neither of us received it. We both really wanted peppermint as it helps with our headaches. I mentioned it to Jessica in the beginning (she said she wasn’t aware), but I thought she was then going to give it and didn’t. Upon leaving, a different associate checked us out. I told her and she didn’t offer to do anything other than to “make a note of it.” I asked her to at the very least credit Cheri’s account since we paid for it?? She never offered to credit the credit card. Jessica clearly seemed to know what she was doing. She was very nice! I just wished she would have put more pressure into my TMJ massage and my problem area. Unfortunately, I still have the knot in my shoulder that I mentioned. Next time I will just be more specific. Cheri said Jordan was fantastic! Thank you!
