Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable. The treatment was as painless as possible. Clinic appeared clean and tidy, lovely atmosphere.

I've been to many clinics (1 is a luxury spa/clinic) and this is the only clinic that offers hydroboost drinks while I was waiting in th lounge. A small treat but makes a difference. (The luxury spa only offered a small bottled water, very accomodating but a bit pushy with the homecare skin products). Ladies are very accommodating, I met Bri and Karen. They are also not pushy on their products or services. I'm happy to recommend this to any of my friends, and im also happy to come back.
As you know from previous discussions I am not a person who volunteers to recommend a service unless I am asked specifically and despite Bri's endeavours I doubt anyone is going to ask about my skin.
