• The studio is friendly and very welcoming. The instructors are excellent and friendly and there are a variety of classes offered at all times of the day to choose from, plus the Recovery Cove where you can Sauna, plunge and steam!

• I am incredibly impressed with this studio! The coaches and staff are very welcoming and it’s so clear that client experience is a top priority from the moment you book for the first time. As someone who is very anxious in the fitness scene, I have never felt comfortable this quickly.
