• Yeah man first of all I thought this was a bunch of bs. But I left the chamber after a double dip with zero freaking pain. And I walked into the cryo house almost in tears over how much pain I was in. Also the receptionist was AMAZING. She was so nice I actually have had huge problems with the app so I just went in on a whim and she squeezed me in super quick. She was so nice and accommodating. Now I know when I have this pain after my training I can get rid of it without a freaking ice bath.
