• I started using the concept salon when I was pregnant and blow drying my hair was a feat. The stylist work is impeccable. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I am always thrilled with the results.

• Everyone is pleasant from the moment that you walk in until the moment you leave. They offer you refreshments upon check in and are very prompt with appointment times. my daughter is a biracial teenager with coarse curly hair and she has been going to The Concept Salon since August when she got her first keratin treatment and several follow up blow out appointments. Her hair is softer and more manageable since she got the keratin treatment. The only thing that I have a small issue with is that I you can't choose your stylist, however my daughter's hair always looks great (she has had three different stylist so far). Overall this salon is wonderful.

• The Concept Salon means it when they say " no up charge". A blow out for my type of hair usually cost me between $40-50 but not here,only $25.00! I have extremely thick, very curly hair, and this was by far the best blow out I have ever received. The treatment that was used made my hair soft and shiny. Also the girls in the salon were so nice and welcoming. I will definitely be going back for a routine treatment and blow out.

• My first visit to this salon was amazing!! From the minute you walk in the door until the moment you leave, you are taken such good care of! The staff is so kind, courteous and professional!!Christina did the keratin treatment on my hair and she was awesome!! Not only would I go back to her again but I would recommend The Concept Salon to anyone who wants to experience the best!!
