• Every time I come to see Rachel for my haircut I always have the best experience. I always leave very happy and feeling prettier than I did walking in. I feel treated like I'm part of the family. It's a very welcoming environment when you come here. I am so very happy that I found Rachel again and left my other salon to follow her. She's truly gifted at what she does and you can tell she's passionate about it as well.

• The Concept Salon is the best! I have my cut, color and keratin done by Dana and I am always happy with my hair. Their keratin treatment is reasonably prices and lasts at least 3 months. Color has natural ingredients so it doesn't burn or have that awful smell. I find it easy to make and change appointments. I also like that they have a customer loyalty points program.
