• Because I was accommodated even though I called in last minute. Victoria is also a gem. She did my hair in 30 minutes (I was in a rush) although my hair is super long and thick. It came out absolutely gorgeous! I will be coming to see Victoria every week.

• Well, the service was wonderful everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable . However , I didn't mention while I was there but, I booked online the blowout and botanical ($40), and had a -20% off promo from an email. I was charged $37, but didn't say anything . Anyhow that was my only concern otherwise great service
