• Dana was fantastic and made me feel like a friend rather than a client. Very personable and explained everything also before starting so I knew what it was going to be so no surprises when came time to pay. Katie (I think) washed my hair and also made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Always checked water temp and the head massage was great!
