• I think Kathy did my Keratin. She did it all great overall, loved her, but I felt that she didn't go over certain sections of my hair enough times (forehead hairline and by my ears only 1-2times as opposed to 7-8 times thats normal) I'm hoping the hair doesn't curl up too soon. I won't be coming back for a redo or a refund but just a note for the future. :) thnx
