• I've been there maybe 6 times over the past few years and have always been happy with the service and results. Yesterday was unusual in that my appt time had to be moved bc my stylist called out sick. But every effort was made to fit me in with someone else at another time, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I wasn't too happy with the results when I took a look at home, and since I had a family wedding to attend I called back and asked if I could possibly get the curls redone. Again, every effort was made to accommodate me and I was able to have another stylist spend about ten minutes curling my hair and I was very happy with results. I would and have recommended The Concept Salon to others!
