• I was late. Dana squeezed me in. She didn't have to. Olivia was a great hair washer. I had a good experience. My only observation ; in Sept 4th. I had a blow out and curls. They fell out quickly and it was totally flat when I asked for full. So I guess consistency from one app. To another. I have 2 coming up in the next 2 weeks.
