• I chose to rate my experience 10 because I was greeted warmly by Hardia, then as walking through the salon for my consultation Alessio greeted me using my name even though I'd not seen him in months. My appointment was with Alex, I was impressed with his consultation, I felt "listened to" and not rushed. Alex took time to really work with my short hair, and advising me on aftercare for styling, even complementing my fine hair which I've not experienced before in a stylist! From the greeting to walking out ( Alex opening the door for me) I felt very well cared for, a wonderful experience. Thank you. X
