• I hadn't had my hair cut by Pietro before. and am very pleased with the result. I will definitely come back and have him do my hair again, as I trust him. It was quite difficult as with masks on and the general noise in the salon especially when the hairdryer was going to catch everything he said; but he was patient and kind and altogether a nice guy, so it was definitely a positive experience, As I hadn't had my haircut since July 2020, it gave me a lift. The only minor area in which I felt there could be an improvement was in the hair washing area as the water temperature kept changing from hot to cool and back again, presumably due to the knock on effects of others using the hot water on other clients, but as I say in the grand scheme of things, this is minor. I also liked the touch of a Lindor chocolate with my cup of tea.
