• Every single member of staff that works at the Chapel is so, so friendly and lovely and they make me feel so comfortable. I used to be so so nervous before going to the hairdressers, but since I started visiting the Chapel, I really look forward to it! The hosts at the entrance were a delight, and James was so lovely and helpful- and I always appreciate how honest he is with me about the realistic expectations of what I can achieve with my hair.
