• Great idea for a salon- very warm & welcoming. A proper hairdressing experience not just a cut. Lovely welcome from the host, fab cut from Alex and easy conversation. Nothing awkward and COVID requirements managed really well. Couldn't fault it - can't wait to come back for another hour of total peace!

• Excellent customer experience and Rachel was a star - I was the customer you dread ? in that she did my hair cut as I asked but then it was not right for me in I didn't like it so she was an absolute star in changing it immediately, no awkwardness just real genuine wanting the customer to come out feeling good - and now I love it - brilliant colouring I feel a million dollars !!
