• Everything is perfect. My stylist Ms. Rachel Payne is very talented, I always walk out with over 100% satisfaction. I love the place, its interior and relaxing shampoo room, so beautiful and luxurious. Plus the wonderful receptionist. I believe she joined sometime last year. (Not sure about her name. Louise?). She’s very friendly yet polite and always make me feel welcomed. I always wonder if she used to work for luxury hotel or high end retail as her service is impeccable. I used to go hair dressers in London Mayfair area and Tokyo, but The Chapel Marlow is my most favourite. I feel so lucky to have The Chapel Marlow close to my home.
