• Very good stylists but also the very relaxing atmosphere you create, subdued lighting and unobtrusive music. It makes for an enjoyable and relaxing experience whereas I never used to enjoy trips to the hairdressers as they were noisy, busy and with several different people attending to you rather than your approach, with one stylist right through the appointment. I always recommend you when people compliment me on my hair cut. And of course Lucy Ward is great as were Tom and Mark who previously did my hair.
