• Going to have my hair done at the chapel is an event, but one that I'm lucky enough to do every 6 weeks. The environment is completely conducive to relaxing & calm. There's no salon like it that I've ever been to before. Hazel is wonderfully unique. She is absolutely amazing at colour & cutting but actually listens and gives real input to my ideas, wants & desires. Being charged by time rather than "product" means there's no ambiguity or surprises. I love that my time is MY time & there aren't other appointments being fitted in between my colour or I'm being passed from junior to stylist etc. Absolutely the way to treat clients (guests - which is a lovely term). Mark is a wonderful salon director & the entire Horsham team make me feel welcomed, known & special whenever I go into the chapel. I've recommended the chapel to several friends. A visit to the chapel is always the highlight of my week!
